The Boriassi winemaking company was the first of its kind in the Province of Massa Carrara to obtain the organic certification for its own grapes.
Because, for the Boriassi family, being able to offer high quality products means looking after the land and its fertility, using all the raw materials the territory offers in a natural way, according to ancient traditions.

It is for this reason that even nowadays, tying and pruning the vines is done by hand, as it was in the past, and in no stage of the process are herbicides or chemical products used.
