Since 1993, the Boriassi organic company is guaranteed by the AIAB (The Italian Association for Organic Agriculture) Certified by ICEA (Institute for Ethical and Environmental Certification).

For this reason, it consistently and exclusively cultivates produce in adherence with the rules and regulations of fundamental importance, far away from any source of pollution, without using herbicides and chemical products for the cultivation and treatment of vines and grapes.
The use of copper and sulphur to protect their crops from disease is limited to a bare minimum.

Even before obtaining certification (the first in the whole Province) the choice of working organically was, for the Boriassi Winery, a life choice taken out of respect for the environment.
