An organic company for more than 100 years
You have to go back a long way: A century and four generations to be precise, to discover the roots of the Boriassi Organic Company.
A farming tradition born of the love of the land and its simple produce.
At the beginning of the 1900s, Rosa and Antonio Galletti began producing wine and olive oil in the Colli di Luni region, passing down the secrets of their craft, first to their son-in-law, Aprile Boriassi, then down through the generations, to their great-great grandson, Giancarlo Boriassi and his sons, Boris and Mirco.
And so, in this land, an ancient cradle for a long winemaking tradition, lost sometime between Etruscan and Roman history, today, as in the past, the tradition lives on in the Vermentino wine and all the products of the Boriassi Winery.
