All the Boriassi wines are obtained from ICEA-certified organic culture with the AIAB (THE ITALIAN ASSOCIATION FOR ORGANIC AGRICULTURE) guarantee, in full compliance with the rules that regulate production and in line with the stipulations of the Colli di Luni D.O.C.

A well-defined area between Liguria and Tuscany, which includes the municipalities of Fosdinovo, Aulla and Podenzana in the province of Massa-Carrara, and fourteen municipalities in the province of La Spezia.

The Boriassi vineyard produces the Vermentino Doc Mezzaluna, from the name of the vines to the south, above the old family house, and the Linaro wine, obtained from the other vines.

IGT Costa Toscana
To these we can add the Levàda wine, a full bodied red wine produced according to IGT Tuscany specifications.
